8 The communication centre is the focal point for routing communications with your affiliates. Using the Communication centre you can: Communicate with an individual affiliate Send an email newsletter to everyone who has subscribed to promote you online Send an email newsletter to only members of a particular sub-programme Send an email newsletter to only members of a custom group that you created Create a news article that is visible within the affiliate interface Read important announcements from AffiliateFuture Merchant Interface Training- Communications Centre

10 Inbox To maintain transparency you cannot delete messages - the inbox is a permanent record of messages you receive from affiliates.

11 Sent Items A list of messages you have sent to individual affiliates. You cannot delete these messages.. Merchant Interface Training- Communications Centre

12 New Message Compose a new message to an individual affiliate. When you send a message the affiliate receives an email notification inviting them to log into the AF interface to read the complete message. Merchant Interface Training- Communications Centre

14 Add a News Article. Visible to all affiliates within the AffiliateFuture interface. Create a news article every time you send a newsletter. Have to be approved by AffiliateFuture before they are published. Merchant Interface Training- Communications Centre

15 Send A Newsletter You can choose to end a newsletter to: All of your affiliates Members of a specific affiliate group All affiliates in a specific programme Don’t forget to also create a New Article with the same content To send to a specific group of affiliates group you must first create a group and assign affiliates to it. 16 Configure Nominate the email addresses that are notified when you receive a new message from affiliates or AffiliateFuture. 17 Welcome Emails Define a welcome email that is automatically sent to affiliates when they sign up to a programme. 18 Reporting. AffiliateFuture reporting tool help you track the success of your affiliate programme. 19 Overview Tool The overview tool is a quick reference for all of the programmes in your account. It shows all the amount of clicks, leads and sales over a period of up to a month. Merchant Interface Training- Reporting

20 Check Transactions The Check transactions report allows you to review and cancel sales and leads that have been tracked by the AffiliateFuture platform. 5 day validation period Merchant Interface Training- Reporting

21 Sales Report The sales report provides an overview of sales on your programme. It lists: the affiliate involved the time ⁄ date the unique transaction ID the order value the fee charged by AF. You can filter the results to only show sales by a specific affiliate. This report only covers 1st level sales. Cancelled sales are excluded. Merchant Interface Training- Reporting

22 Media Report The media report is intended to track the performance of specific banners that you offer through your programme. Sales made through the generic default text link do not show in this report. Merchant Interface Training- Reporting

23 Leads Report The Leads report provides an overview of leads on your programme. The Leads Report lists: the affiliate involved the time ⁄ date the unique transaction ID the fee charged by AffiliateFuture. You can filter the results to only show leads by a specific affiliate. 24 2 nd Level Leads admin The 2nd level leads admin allows you to nominate transactions to "upgrade" with an additional commision. The reward level for the upgraded transaction is set in the programme manager.programme manager 2 nd Level Sales admin Same as for the leads. How do I Upgrade 2 nd level transactions : Reporting > 2nd Level Sales Status Report > Select Programme Name and Date Range from the drop down menus > Please tick off the box/s under Status Column and select either “Upgrade Selected” or “Decline Selected”. 25 Cancellation Report The cancellation report generates a list of all sales and leads that you have cancelled using the check transactions facility. Cancelled transaction will not appear in any other reports. Merchant Interface Training- Reporting

26 Monthly Report The Monthly report contains a monthly overview of transactions for the entire year. 5 day validation policy can affect a previous months figures. Merchant Interface Training- Reporting

27 Affiliate Report The affiliate report provides an overview of clicks, leads and sales generated by each affiliate on your programme. Affiliates generating zero clicks, leads or sales will not appear in this report. This report only covers 1st level sales and leads. You can click the table headers to change the sort order. 28 Export Report. This tool allows you to download common reports in several formats. Transaction report (A combination of the sales and lead reports) Affiliate report (A downloadable version of the affiliate report) Analysis report (Similar to the figures in the overview tool) Merchant Interface Training- Reporting Note: All generated reports are retained in your control panel for future reference, and do not change. If the report is created before transactions are cancelled then it may be incorrect in the future.

29 Programmes A programme is a set of rules, policies and commission levels that control how an affiliate promotes you and is rewarded for generating sales. This is to prevent existing affiliate links from leading to deleted resources.

30 Add New Programme A programme is a set of commission terms, rules and creative resources that defines how affiliates promote you are are reqarded for that activity. If you are registered to pay by direct debit, the full invoice amount will be deducted from your account at the agreed time each month.
