Completion screen tells consumer to wait for approval. Completion email is sent to the consumer. 2Consumer’s application is added in the Admin Platform. Receives an email that a new consumer has registered (optional). 3Flag the account(s) on the host (if applicable). 4Account access is granted after host file update to Intuit Financial Services. 5Approve application under Registration > IB Registration”. 6Approval email is sent to the consumer. 7Logs into Internet Banking with User ID and Password/PIN. Consumer has an “Active” status in the Admin Platform.

NOTE: The location of this link as well as the verbiage for the link is customizable. Example of a Home Page login screen Example of a Standard login screen

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 6 Step 1: Complete the Registration Form Tool Tips allow you to give your consumers formatting requirements, e.g. NNNNNNNNN for the SSN field. Many fields are customizable. Please reference the Implementation Form for details. The Company field is configurable and optional. If you have small businesses using your Internet Banking product, this is a good way to collect that data.

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 7 Validation Fields (optional) Validation fields: If your financial institution has decided to use validation fields, your financial institution will create/customize up to four validation fields to be displayed on the registration form. The financial institution will also determine if the consumer is required to provide information for these fields. NOTE: Your financial institution will need to verify the consumer’s responses manually upon approving the registration application. TIPS: Use Tool Tips to let consumers know if this is required or optional. If your financial institution decides to have “Ending Balance on most recent statement” as a validation field, your financial institution should make this field optional as your brand new consumers will not have this information.

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 8 Login Credentials – Standard Registration Only User ID: This field pre-fills with the SSN that was entered in the SSN field at the top of the form. This field is not editable. During Implementations, your financial institution will select the identifier based on your host (i.e. member number, account number). Alternate User ID: During Implementations your financial institution will determine if the consumer is required to create a unique Login ID for this field. Your financial institution will also choose to either display your unique login ID guideline requirements as a Tool Tip or as a hyperlink that when clicked, opens a new window with login ID requirements. NOTE: The Reports > IB Activity Reports may be used to track consumers that have created an Alternate User ID. Password: During Implementations, your financial institution will choose to either display your password requirements as a Tool Tip or as a hyperlink that when clicked, opens a new window with password requirements. TIP: The consumer can manage their Alternate User Id via User Options button inside of Internet Banking.

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 9 Login Credentials – Standard-Hybrid Registration Only TIPS: Add a tool tip to tell the consumer exactly what to enter in the PIN and Alternate User ID field. Enable the global password prompt. This will force all consumers to change the PIN entered on the registration form to a unique password upon the initial login to Internet Banking. User ID: This field pre-fills with the SSN that was entered in the SSN field at the top of the form. During Implementations, your financial institution will select the identifier based on your host (i.e. member number, account number). Alternate User ID: During Implementations your financial institution will determine if the consumer is required to create a unique Login ID for this field. NOTE: The Reports > IB Activity Reports may be used to track consumers that have created an Alternate User ID. PIN: If your FI chooses to display this field, the consumer enters their PIN that is currently stored on your host (i.e. telephone banking PIN, last four digits of their SSN, etc.).

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 10 Account Information & Bill Pay Account Information: If your financial institution has decided to use account fields, consumers can select which accounts they want to have access to online. If your financial institution is planning on allowing access to all accounts, you may choose not to enable this feature. NOTE: Accounts will need to be manually verified on your host upon approving the registration application. Bill Pay: If your financial institution is using Combined Enrollment for bill payment, the consumer is registering for Internet Banking and Bill Payment via this one application. Depending on the verbiage your financial institution selected during Implementations, the consumer will either opt in or opt out of Bill Payment here.

CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY The confirmation screen allows the consumer to verify their information. If anything is incorrect, they can click Edit and the fields become editable. If your financial institution is using Combined Enrollment, both the Internet Banking and Bill Pay Terms & Conditions will be displayed here. Option 1: Text box with the Accept/Decline buttons. Option 2: A checkbox which is integrated on the registration form with a link to the Terms & Conditions. Step 3: Read the Disclosure Screen (optional)

Standard Hybrid financial institutions: The verbiage of these screens will not reference a Password.

The email contains minimal information – just enough for you to look up this consumer in Admin Platform. The financial institution indicates what email address to send this email during the Implementation process.

Leave “New Registrations” selected as the Category. Click on ‘Retrieve User List’ button. Then, click on the User ID hyperlink to view the registration application.

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 18 Step 2: Verify/Review the Registration Application Review the application by verifying the consumer’s responses to your financial institution’s Validation fields against your host and/or flagging any accounts that the consumer selected to be enable for Internet access. TIP: Don’t forget to flag/enable the consumer’s account on your host! TIP: Financial institution administrators can use the ‘Notes’ field to enter notes to other financial institution administrators about this application. These notes are displayed in the “MC Notes” field on screen.

Your [your financial institution’s name for online banking] application has been approved. Your account information will be available online within 24 hours. To access your accounts, go to [your financial institution’s name for online banking] on our website at [Hyperlink to your financial institution’s home page] and enter your [your financial institution’s name for User ID] and [your financial institution’s name for Password]. Congratulations! Your [your financial institution’s name for online banking] application has been approved. To access your accounts, go to [your financial institution’s name for online banking] on our website at [your financial institution’s homepage hyperlink] and enter your [your financial institution’s name for User ID] and [your financial institution’s name for Password]. Approval (real-time financial institutions): Denial: Thank you for applying for [your financial institution’s name for online banking]. At this time we cannot process your application. Please call your financial institution for further details. Upon the financial institution approving/denying the consumer’s Internet Banking application in the Admin Platform, the consumer will receive one of the following emails: Step 4: Consumer Receives IB Email

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 21 Consumers Who Opted in for Bill Pay If the consumer opted in for Bill Pay on the Combined Enrollment form, the consumer will be prompted to select their Bill Pay funding account upon their initial login. At that time, the consumer’s Bill Pay eReg record will be sent to the financial institution’s host. NOTE: The consumer’s Bill Pay eReg record is sent to the financial institution (as opposed to the bill payment processor if the financial institution does not have auto approval. Please refer to your Bill Pay manual for details regarding these steps/processes.

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 22 Additional Registration Search Options 1.To view a specific consumer’s registration application: Enter their User ID and click on the ‘Retrieve User’ button. 2.To view all consumers’ registration applications that are in a specific status: Choose the category (New Registrations, Approved Registrations – Not Logged In, Declined Registrations, Postponed Registrations) from the dropdown and click on the ‘Retrieve User List’ button.

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 23 Registration – Practical Applications 1.Describe the registration process from the consumer’s perspective. 2.How do you know that a new consumer has registered for Internet Banking? 3.How would an financial institutions administrator temporarily hold a consumer’s application for additional research before approving or declining it? 4.How long does a consumer need to wait between registering and being able to access their accounts on line?

Internet Banking: Standard and Standard-Hybrid Registration Page 24 Step 1: Receive an email when a new IB registration has arrived Step 2: Log into Admin Platform > Registration > IB Registration. Search for user or select New Registrations and retrieve list Step 3: Click on the User ID and review the registration for completeness, looking at the additional verification fields Step 4: Look at the accounts the consumer wants to view online and minimize Admin Platform. Go your host do any maintenance necessary to enable their account for online access (Ask your host contact for instructions). Step 5: Once you have correctly enabled the consumer’s accounts on the host, maximize Admin Platform again, check the user checkbox and select the activity “Approve.” Quick Tip Sheet: Registration Suggested Daily Task  Monitor the ‘New Registrations’ category in Registration > IB Registration. Approve or deny the applications. If approved, enable the accounts on your host if necessary. Suggested Monthly Task  Monitor Registration > IB Registration > ‘New Registration Not Logged In’ category.
