3 How Do I Let Parents Know?  Invitations sent in a timely manner  Students could make a picture and glue on details you typed and printed  Send home in communication folders  Remind parents in newsletters  Give reminders!  Keep administration informed too!  Don’t forget to let Principal, AP, Facilitator & front office personnel know to help field phone calls & questions Developed by the Early Ed. 4 Preparing For a Parent Meeting  Planned and well-organized  Prepare agenda  Have copies available for parents  Present outcomes  Copies ahead of time  Get a good night’s sleep the night before  Go in with a positive attitude & a smile… Remember you all have the same goal: Educating Children!
