Benefits of the W-Control
The new W-Control divides the 0-10V input signal range into 5 capacity steps. Each capacity step corresponds to a certain evaporation / condensation temperature.
System maintains this certain temperature by adjusting the refrigerant temperature
Compressors are automatically regulated according to the Te or Tc  no fixation of the compressor frequency.
W-Control has better reliability and more stable discharge air temperature (adjusts refr. temperature rather than the compressor frequency)
Comparison with the X-Control
X-Control requires custom programming of a PLC controller
X-Control is more precise when programmed well
X-Control is capable of reaching lower minimum capacities
W-Control is simpler to implement
The control logic allows to use commercial off-the-shelf DDC controllers without the need of reprogramming.
