The PWM valve is designed specially as a solenoid valve to modulate the pressure forcing on the fixed scroll and controlling the compressor’s loading/unloading. The PWM receives the On/Off signal and controls the loading/unloading status. When the PWM valve is turned off, the fixed scroll is pushed down to the orbiting scroll (Loading). When the PWM valve is turned on, the fixed scroll is separated from the orbitingscroll(Unloading). This process is repeatedly done to make the outdoor unit control automatically depending on the number of operating indoor unit(s) and their heating/cooling demand.
To summarize the performance of the Digital Scroll compressor:
One : There will be running cost savings due to the high efficiency of the compressor.
Two: Your customers will have more comfort. The wide capacity range will be able to control the room temperature and humidity very precisely.
Three: The system will be reliable – the compressor is extremely reliable and the electronics is simple. There is no need to worry about oil return for any operation
Four: There is no electromagnetic interference issue
