Necessary reminders of suggestions and conclusions (especially of the teachers’ workshops) 3. All partners may need them not to forget about the tasks the students have to do after each meeting and to prepare the reports of the project 4. The hosts should provide it after each meeting

8 Preparing the schedule of the school years of the partners To reach certain services of google we all should have a gmail address enagy@brody-ajka.sulinet.hu or eva.nagy06@gmail.com joawap@wp.pl eronkal@jasoikastola.net nwmbogaard@comenius.nl Chiara.frontini89@gmail.com tashkaya@gmail.com  Gmail has got a calender function: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render?hl=hu&pli=1#main_7|custom,4 In your gmail box you can fill in the calender (national holidays, school holidays, important events) so that I can invite you to send it to my e-mail address. As a result we’ll get a calendar with all your programs integrated into it (different colours). It makes it easier to decide on common programs.

Short-term joint staff training: Ajka, Hungary 3 teachers/partner are invited and granted 2 days/journey + 5 days training) fixed date: 6th December – 12th December 2015 2. Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils 2 teachers + 4 students are invited and granted) The Netherlands: Turkey: 3. Transnational project meeting: Byalistok, Poland 2 teachers (coordinator + a colleague) are granted 5 days altogether: 2/journey, 3/workshops (evaluation and planning) Date:

The tasks and responsibilities of the coordinator school and of the school coordinators of partners Coordinator school:  Preparing the application in cooperation with partners and NA  Preparing and managing the agenda of transnational project meetings  Eliminating the implementation of decisions brought at transnational meetings  Coordinate and monitoring activities of partners between meetings  Prepare reports in cooperation with partner

Coordinators of partner schools: they are responsible for the implementation of the project at the partner schools  Works in cooperation with the coordinator school  Regularly monitors common informative surfaces  Organises, coordinates and monitors local activities (according to partners’ decisions and project application) and partner meetings (ACTIVITY PLAN)  Pays attention to and keeps deadlines  Shares tasks with partners and colleagues  Responsible for local project administration, dissemination and financial management  Keeps in touch with NA

Financing rules at different partner schools (application, management and implementation, scholarship) Application contains all financial information: Hungarian NA hasn’t changed the amount of grant we applied for (40/40/20 %) Each partner has to follow the settling procedure of local authorities In Hungary: Invoices for „Management and Implementation” Letters of Invitation, Certificates of Attendance (min. 36 mobilities or more) + Travel documents /Scholarship + travel report Mobilities: students or employees of the school The duration of mobilities are also important except for Transnational Project meetings!

15 Transnational Project Meeting Erasmus+ Project Workshop 2. Dissemination of project activities at partner schools, obligations for common dissemination. Mobility tools+ and EST.  Dissemination/partners – detailed in the application (H: School’s website, School Papers, Local Paper – 1st appeared: Erasmus is coming to Ajka, Local Tv, electronic school report  All reports will be on-line (not ready yet) Final report: to be written together (last Transnational Project Meeting) but only the coordinator school has to send it to Hungarian NA Mobility Tools+: general EU tool, VALOR (EST) http://www.tpf.hu/palyazatok/534/tamogatott-palyazoknakhttp://www.tpf.hu/palyazatok/534/tamogatott-palyazoknak: each partner has to collect information so that later we can fill it in  EU Participant portal: all changes must be followed (account number, new contact person, headmaster, etc.) + you have to send this info to your NA as well

Which partner will be responsible for it?

Decision on the way of monitoring and evaluation of project activities and the subjects of evaluation (students, parents, teachers, management) We should include as many perspectives (pupils, staff, parents) as possible and appropriate (partnership, project activities). Uncertain suggestions:  Preparing a general google survey valid for all meetings for evaluation purposes for students, teachers and parents (questions suggested now?), to be answered by participants (examples for questions on the next slide)  www.trainingcheck.com, basic, free version  Waiting till the training, partners should suggest ideas at the end

Evaluating project meetings :  Have the plans been followed, and if not, why not?  Were the goals appropriate?  What were the benefits of the given activities for the pupils?  How did the pupils complete the tasks set for them?  What skills are being/have been developed?  Have these project actitivies helped to raise achievement levels?  Are the means of communication used appropriate and efficient?  Were the teachers working together?

Monitoring the impact of the project: Input (at the beginning of students’ activities) and output indicators (at the end of each project year) must also be measured:  ICT resources (type of ICT equipment/sofware to be used, its organizational design in a classroom)  language teachers' adequate proficiency  educational practices  students' knowledge and level of their language skill  Students’ attitude to language learning Measurement Tools and indicators? Students’ portfolio for personal progress (construct a simple, online one?)
