The main aim of L@jost project is to develop an integrated guiding and training curricula that would advise and assist disabled people in utilizing IT tools in call centre sector in order to: A)Improve their IT skills and ICT competencies B)Understand the needs of national labour markets in call centre sector C)Help the target group to re-enter labour market Project products and conclusion report will be published in the web page of Project as partner countries’ language (Turkish, English, Italian, Estonian and Romanian ) Learn About Finding Jobs for the Disabled L@jost

The specific objectives of the project that is planned for 24 months are: 1) To identify needs and analyze state of art situation of call center sector and possibility of employing disabled people in the sector in the form of "home based“ occupation; 2) To develop a training and guiding curricula for disabled people (communication, problem solving, decision making) in call-centre sector and asses specific needs in project partner regions; 3) To implement 6 national workshops (Estonia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Romania and Turkey-2) and transfer the IT training and exchange know on the topic concerned; Learn About Finding Jobs for the Disabled L@jost

4) To evaluate each national workshop and identify good-practice, lessons as well as obstacles, barriers and gaps in VET towards disabled people, 5) Summarize the outcomes and disseminate the results in national VET systems. 6) To raise awarness about the issues addressed by this project, in particular the potential IT tools in helping vulnerable groups to enter and participate in the labour market The partnership is composed of 6 seven partners with various backgrounds (SMEs, NGOs, public authority, VET providers) coming from the Romania, Italy, Estonia, the United Kingdom, and Turkey-2. As the Coordinator, we are the partnership coordinator, setting deadlines, monitoring overall progress and distributing work- packages among partners. We undertake to organize one national workshop in Turkey, to attend meetings in other project countries and produce a report on call center sector in Turkey, providing local inputs. Up to now we have already fulfilled most of the tasks required in the Project. Our project is advancing as planned: 1- Project web site has been prepared and has been active beginning of the December 2013. We have translated the website in the languages of Project partners. http://lajost.com/index.php.http://lajost.com/index.php 2- We have realized the Project Kick-off Meeting on 08-11 November 2013 in Kırşehir and the Romania meeting on 7-10 March 2014. We are realizing the 3 rd Project Meeting in Talinn, capital of Estonia on 1-4 August 2014. 3- Each project partner is asked to prepare and send a country report about the training provided for the use of ICT technologies by disabled individuals in its country (duration, contents, funding, legal regulations of training, training centers established in this field) and the employment of the disabled people in minimum 2, maximum 4 pages, 4- For the Links at http://lajost.com/links.php to send the names and website addresses of the public, private and non-governmental organisations (in national and English language) working on issues related with the topic of the project and the projects realized.http://lajost.com/links.php Learn About Finding Jobs for the Disabled L@jost

Conclusion report (analyzing present curricula, problems and criteria for better quality curricula studies, employment rates for handicapped people, teacher qualifications etc ) will be discussed on Tallinn meeting and will be officially presented in Italy meeting on November 29-30,2014. As EDF, we have visited the Gören Kalpler Eğitim Merkezi (Handicapped Training Center and Call Center) and we have exchanged ideas about the Call Center Module Development Approaches and applied questionnaires (Questionnaire forms have been sent to each partner by EDF, that could be modified the conditions of partner countries) to project target groups (Handicapped person and their families, managers and teachers of Handicapped training center). We have also analyzed the Call Center Software Programme they use in the Training Centers. We have witnessed for the first time that the visually handicapped individuals could use computers with the normal keyboards equipped with a special software of call center designed for visually handicapped people.
