New Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) California’s new formula for determining state funding allocations to districts to support their general and supplemental programs. Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) LCFF’s vehicle for transparency and engagement. School districts are expected to share performance data, needs, actions, and anticipated outcomes that guide the use of available LCFF funding.
