Rutgers University has their own application You must self report your transcript on a separate online form If you decide to attend Rutgers University, you will indicate that in your senior packet and we will MAIL your final transcript. DO NOT SUBMIT A BLUE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM FOR RUTGERS UNIVERSIY
