17 *Tardy policy You are tardy if you are not inside the classroom when the tardy bell rings. If you are tardy, report to the attendance office for a tardy slip. If you come to class, put your books down, and then leave the classroom for any reason, you are still tardy if you do not return to the room before the tardy bell rings. *Leaving the room No one is allowed to leave the room without my permission or within the first 10 minutes or last 10 minutes of class. Only one student will be allowed to leave the room at a time. The student must have the hall pass with him/her at all times once permission has been granted to leave the room. If a student abuses the privilege of leaving the room by misbehaving while he/she is out of the room, going somewhere other than where he/she stated he/she was going, or taking too long for the requested task, he/she will not be allowed to leave the room in the future. You can also check online for lesson plans and powerpoints of the class you missed IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to get missing assignments and complete them within the specified time frame Turn in any assignments that were due on the day(s) of the absence.
