Game, game, game, game, game….. You will be in groups of 4-5 and we will work on this project during class. (1) design, (2) trial, and (3) refine to get to a point where the game is ready to be presented, explained, and demonstrated to the class before being played and evaluated by others I will give you a copy of the rubric that you will be graded on. Each day, you will turn in your progress and I will keep it so I can keep up with how far you have come.

MUSCULAR STRENGTH The maximum amount of force a muscle can produce in a single effort. Push ups

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE The ability of the muscle to continue to perform without fatigue. Curl-ups

CARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE The ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to supply oxygen during sustained physical activity Mile run, PACER Heart and lungs have to work in coordination

BODY COMPOSITION The makeup of your body in terms of lean tissue vs. fat tissue. Height, weight, BMI, % body fat Minimum of fat and maximum of lean mass is a sign of a healthy and fit body. Lean mass includes muscles, bones, vital tissues and organs.

FLEXIBILITY The ability to bend and move the joints through a full range of motion. Sit and reach Can prevent injuries related to joints
