3. The T3Rookies – t3ee 2015 If not – read fast! The T3Rookies Project Each agency has an issue finding competent trainees. Each trainee is in trouble finding a competent agency. Education works differently in each country. But we, as TYPO3 agencies have all the same needs: We need TYPO3 developers. The T3Rookies project attempts to solve some of these problems. Some of our community members offer free trainings for students, apprentices and trainees. This year we had the Summer Camp in Cluj and Cologne, so that young people could learn to work in teams, to communicate in other languages, work on a real project and get more competences – technical and social. T3Rookies from around the world can contact us if they need help. We have mentors from the TYPO3 world, lawyers etc. ­ at the moment mostly in Germany. Who can be part of this project? Any individual (ages up to 26 years) is a T3Rookie as long as he registers on t3rookies.net and indicates a relevant proof of education.t3rookies.net What more can we do to enrich the TYPO3 community with good well educated people?
