39 Adolph Hitler was the leader of Germany from 1933-1945. Under his rule, many atrocities were committed against his people and the countries that he conquered. He felt that anyone who wasn’t considered “Aryan” was inferior. He united the struggling German people after WWI by giving them national pride using the Aryan concept, convincing them that they should rule the world

40 Joseph Stalin ruled the Soviet Union from 1922-1952. He re-named towns after himself and glorified himself with titles (Brillant Genius of Humanity). He killed or deported to labor camps all opposing parties. He restructured the court system to no trials and swift executions after a few days of investigation. These people were identified as German collaborators or enemies of the Soviet Union. He killed all that he felt were inferior to Russians. The death toll is between 3 and 60 million.

He invaded Iran unprovoked. He is responsible for over 2 million deaths.
