2  An assessment that complies with the established criteria of the Florida’s public school student progression law.  Students must demonstrate reading proficiency as required by Section 1008.25, Florida Statute.  Students may take the assessment only one time during each school year.  Offered the last week of summer school Pgs. 1, 3

3  Students who did not meet any of the “good cause” criteria for promotion.  All retained Grade 3 students who attend summer school will participate in the AAGTP.  Students from schools that are not opened for the summer may attend summer school and take the AAGTP at a host site.  Eligible Grade 3 students who do not attend summer school can also participate in the AAGTP.  Schools open for the summer will be provided with a list of eligible students from host and feeder schools. 4  June 15-26: View screencast training for test chairpersons.  June 26:Complete the online Screencast Verification Form at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/C2R85FN  July 20-21: Delivery of AAGTP materials to schools.  July 29: Administration of the AAGTP to eligible Grade 3 students.  July 30:Make-up administration for AAGTP, as necessary. 5  July 31: Schools hand deliver all “To Be Scored” and “Not To Be Scored” materials, and District Coordinator envelope to TDC by 3:30 p.m.  Fax written account of any security issue to SAET at 305-995-7522.  August 13:(Tentative) schools pick up School Listings of Student Results at ITS.  August 24 Individual Student Reports sent to schools via Comet Deliver Services. 9  Stanford Achievement Test, 10 th Edition, Primary 3 will be administered as the AAGTP in Summer 2015.  Verify counts of testing materials received using the packing list located in Box #1.  Report missing materials immediately to TDC at 305-995-3744.  Contact TDC for additional materials, if needed.  Securely store all test materials. 10  Test Booklet  Contains only Reading Comprehension subtest.  Must write on top line on back of booklet:  Student Name  School Name  Teacher Name.  DO NOT bubble student’s name or other identifying information.  ID Header Sheet  Preprinted ID Header Sheets will be received for eligible students assigned to your location for summer school.  If no preprinted ID Header, hand-bubble with a #2 pencil:  Student’s Name (last name, first name, and middle initial),  Student’s M-DCPS ID Number (7 digits),  Summer School Location Number (4 digits), and  Student’s Current Grade. 14  Test booklets and test administration scripts are secure materials but do not include security numbers.  Inventory materials on receipt and report discrepancies immediately to the Test Distribution Center at 305-995- 3743.  Use Teacher Count Sheets to account for test materials distributed to test administrators.  Test administrators must report discrepancies in counts to test chairperson.  Monitor to ensure all procedures are being followed in each testing room. 15  Recommend morning administration.  Maintain security procedures.  If a test is invalidated, there is no other opportunity or test that can be given in place of this assessment. Pg. 7-8

18  Transfer all student identification information and student responses onto a new test booklet.  Write “damaged” on front of the damaged test booklet.  Verify that all transferred information has been correctly gridded.  Place replacement test booklet with “To Be Scored” materials.  Place damaged test booklet in a manila envelope and label “DAMAGED”. 19  Verify the return of all test booklets (used and unused) from test administrators.  Count ID Header Sheets for absent and invalidated students.  Record the counts on the Return Packing List for “To Be Scored Materials” Form.  Count “To Be Scored” sets for all students who tested.  Verify required information has been completed in back of used test booklets.  Place ID Header Sheet on top of the grid side of used test booklet.  Record count of “To Be Scored” sets submitted for scoring on the Return Packing List for “To Be Scored Materials” Form.
