IEEE Central Texas Section SWOT Analysis l Strengths: Monthly meetings were very well organized and attended. l Weaknesses: l Opportunities: Attract more students and professionals to attend the monthly meetings; recruit high-quality speakers; l Threats: Some members complained that the membership fee is getting very expensive. IEEE needs to address this issue. Otherwise, we may lose some volunteers in the future.
IEEE Central Texas Section Chapter Plans / Issues l We plan to host four technical meetings in the coming spring and four technical meetings in the fall of 2012.
