New officers were elected at 12/13/2011. l 2011 Summary l Nine technical meetings, three administrative meetings. l One workshop (36 attendees) l IEEE Circuits and Systems Society 2011 Regions 1-7 Chapter of the Year Award ($750 prize) l Will receive IEEE Solid State Circuits 2011 Outstanding Chapter Award at ISSCC on Feb 20.

IEEE Central Texas Section SWOT Analysis l Strengths l Good technical talks, DL program. l Stable attendance rate. l So far one workshop per year in last two years. l Good leadership pipeline. l Weaknesses l Find more good technical talks and workshop topics. l Increase attendance rate.
