3 Autumn The temperature of the outside air gets a little cooler.
In Autumn, the leaves change color! The leaves on the trees will eventually fall off so the trees can get ready for winter. Learn more about Autumn!

4 More about Autumn! Autumn starts in September and ends in November.
During this season we celebrate Thanksgiving! Autumn is also when you go trick or treating on Halloween! Pick another season

5 Winter During these months the outside air is very cold, and snow falls! The days are shorter in winter. During winter, animals like bears, hibernate! This means they go to sleep for the winter and wake up in the spring. Learn more about Winter!

6 More about Winter! Winter starts in November and ends in March.
Pick another season Winter starts in November and ends in March. In Winter we celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa! Winter is also when a new year starts. This day is called New Years Day, and it is on January 1st.

7 Spring! Spring starts in March and ends in June
During this time, the outside air is still chilly, but towards the end of spring it starts warming up! In this season flowers start to bloom and the leaves on the trees start to grow! Learn more about Spring!

8 More about Spring! In Spring, animals come out of hibernation.
It rains a lot during this season, but the rain helps for the plants to grow! The Easter Bunny also comes during this season and gives us candy! Pick another season

9 Summer Summer starts in June and ends in September.
There is no school in the summer! During summer the outside air is very hot, so we go swimming to cool down. Learn more about summer!

10 The days are much longer in this season!
More about Summer! During the summer we celebrate America’s birthday on the fourth of July! The days are much longer in this season! All of the plants in summer are in full bloom, so make sure you smell the flowers! Pick another season
