8 Military Pillar Strategy Parades need improvement To avoid additional SMIs, rooms should always be squared away Maintain strong attention to personal appearance Hazing and alcohol issues need to be governed more 4 th Class System needs to be taken more seriously Rather than ROTC specific classes, have general military courses 8

9 Moral-Ethical Assessment Trained Strengths – A cut back in the volume of Alcohol related incidents – Did not tolerate any Honor, Sexual Harassment, or 4 th Class violation issues and took actions needed – A strong understanding company wide of doing the right thing Weaknesses – Still had a few minor issues with Honor, Sexual Harassment, and 4 th Class Violations – Issues of cadets trying to “take a mile when given and inch” 9

11 Moral-Ethical Pillar Strategy Reduction in the cases of honor trials this year Getting rid of honor training would be a big mistake LTP should be accredited. 11

12 Physical Effectiveness Assessment Trained Strengths – Only 6 of 107 Cadet are physically deficient, – First in the Battalion on CPFT – 12th in Corps Weaknesses – Fewer Seniors entering Military – Participation in Intermural decreased from last year – Need for better Communication with Athletic Officer and Commander 12
