1. Complete subject (verb agrees with the simple subject)

3. Simple subject (indefinite pronouns: singular verb; collective nouns: singular or plural verb; nouns singular in meaning: singular verb; subject clause: singular verb )
4. Relative clause (verb agrees with the antecedent)
