9. (g) The $1,400 stipend shall apply retroactively to those mentors who served under the previous version of this administrative regulation which provided a $1,000 stipend. In such cases, the EPSB shall forward the supplemental $400 to the mentor after the effective date of this administrative regulation. (h) A stipend of $1,800 paid to the mentor who has at the time of appointment as a mentor, attained certification by National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Section 8(4)
