17 Rating Scale In using the rating scale each committee member votes for the rating which they feel that best describes the present practice at the school not what it should be. Each members vote is tallied in the appropriate column. There often may be differing views at times. That is normal. Just record the votes as received. 21 After the Visit Superintendent submits to the Conference Board of Education the Visiting Committee Report including the recommended term of accreditation.
