2. Outline  Goals from previous meeting.  Ideas for internship.  Issues found at GGC.  Goals for next meeting.

3. Goals from last meeting  Find more information on issues reported and propose possible solutions. STATUS: Completed 2/16.  Research digital signage issue. STATUS: Not yet started.  Come up with a list of Q/A to present to Antonio Quesada for posting on Jovo.  STATUS: Started, in progress as of 2/16.

4. Ideas for Internship  Develop a FAQ of IT related questions & answers from students.  Currently student accounts is very limited.  No place with FAQ questions aside from helpdesk.  Helpdesk logs everything but on an individual basis.  No global publication of these comments from students.  Currently still a lot of bugs to work out and implementations yet to be implemented.

5. Current Student user account  Instead of coming up with a general list of issues, I decided to come up with a list of issues with the current student user account that can be addressed with no additional hardware resources.

6. Current Student user account  Students not able to right click.  Programs and options that a restricted, take them out completely.  Enable the time clock and calendar.  Reset the system settings for best performance instead of appearance/optimal.  Enable the Quick-Start menu bar to eliminate icons on desktops.  Some how restrict the saving of personal documents once logged out of machine.

7. Current Student user account  All these issues can be addressed with no hardware additions needed.  Only requires human resources to update/modify the permissions and possible each individual computer.  Does it need to be done locally?  Which permissions and such are done globally?

8. Goals for next meeting  Come up with formal outline of each issue mentioned before by Thurs and send to AQ.  Complete HTML form.cgi and present to Antonio with “what student want” questions.  Research digital signage issue.
