5. How to Make an Appointment Come into the Writing Center (BC 204) Locate the appointment board on the east wall Sign up for an available appointment You can also call to schedule an appointment Walk-ins taken from 4:00-5:00. No appointment needed.

7. The Tutoring Session STEP 1: Fill out the WHITE form before you see the tutor. STEPS 2 and 3: Take the blank YELLOW form and the GREEN form with you to the tutor. If you wish to take notes from your tutoring session, we will provide you with a handy BLUE tracking form.

9. E-mail Tutoring We can respond to questions about ideas, organization, and development. Send us your entire paper (up to 5 pp.) as an attachment. *Longer papers will take more time. For more information about e-mail tutoring, see our website. Please send your paper at least 24 hours in advance. A writing assistant will respond to you via e-mail within 48 hours. However, students who come in are our top priority so it may take longer! EASY TO USE!! All you need is an internet connection and an e-mail address. (E-mail tutoring is for Composition Students ONLY)

10. Grammar Doctor Submit SPECIFIC questions about grammar problems in your writing for the Grammar Doctor to answer. The Grammar Doctor will offer you tips and mini- lessons on how to cure them. No appointment necessary, but please count on a 24-hour return time for a response.
