2 THINGS NEEDED: Hand Sanitizer We are trying to keep gross germs away! What we are learning: * We are talking all about Valentine’s Day and love. * We are working through Chapter 7 in our Go Math! Series. This week we are talking all about numbers in the teens. This week we will be talking about numbers 16, and 17. We are also working on counting to 100. Please work on this at home with your 100 chart! * We are learning a new poem this week. Please read this with your child and sign their chart in the yellow folder. * So far, we know the following sight words: a, I, and, my, see, the, up, you, like, is, can, to, we, here, play, a, at, me, go, it, in. Please work on these with your students Conferences Conferences will be held this Wednesday and Thursday. If you have a scheduled conference with me, please make sure you attend! If you are unsure of your day/time, email me or send a note with your child Student of the Week Elijah Each week a new student will be chosen for Student of the Week. Please take the time to read with your child on a regular basis. Even if it is just 10 or 15 minutes, 3 or 4 times a week, your child will benefit so much! Read to them, and let them see the words as you read. They will probably spot some words they know, and will be thrilled to help you read!
