How exciting! We will be doing many building wide activities, as well as completing in class activities to celebrate this fun and important day. If you could bring in the 100 th day snack item requested, that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

2 THINGS NEEDED: * Snacks for 24 kids. REMEMBER: NO NUTS. We are running low on snacks! What we are learning: * We are talking all about Groundhogs * We are working through Chapter 7 in our Go Math! Series. This week we are talking all about numbers in the teens. This week we will be talking about numbers 15, 16, and 17. We are also working on counting to 100. Please work on this at home with your 100 chart! * We are working on hearing and writing the beginning and ending sounds of words * So far, we know the following sight words: a, I, and, my, see, the, up, you, like, is, can, to, we, here, play,a at,me, go, it. Please work on these with your students 100 th Day Homework Don’t forget to help your child in finding a set of 100 items around the house. This can be beads, pennies, crayons, etc. This is important so your child can participate in many of our 100 th day activities! Student of the Week Aryann Each week a new student will be chosen for Student of the Week. Please take the time to read with your child on a regular basis. Even if it is just 10 or 15 minutes, 3 or 4 times a week, your child will benefit so much! Read to them, and let them see the words as you read. They will probably spot some words they know, and will be thrilled to help you read!

3 Customize with your own titles, text boxes and section outline boxes.
