7. 7 Objectives & Results (I) Develop capacity to strengthen role of local and provincial governments in the sustainable energy transition – using the integrated management approach LEAP wizard as a decision-making support tool Peer-to-peer exchanges, study visits, workshops, staff trainee programmes, individual city training workshops Create instruments that build on state-of-the-art Local Energy Action Plan (LEAP) developments 30 exemplary case studies and analyses on replicable factors and cost-benefit ratios – added to the LEAP wizard
