2 Instructional Design It is a systematic process of several practices that has different materials, process, and methods in order to develop educational methods.

3 Instructional Design Theory Learning Theory Instructional Design Model There is a a different between Instructional design theory and learning theory and instructional design Model. The Instructional Design Process includes Instructional Design Theory and Learning Theory. A learning theory about the way of learning happens. The instructional design theory concentrate on the reasons for the learning happens. The instructional design models concentrate on the steps used to produce learning materials.

4 Instructional Design There are many different instructional design models from which to choose. Many of these models have common features such - Identify goals and problems. - Assessment instruments and performance. - Receive attention. - Apply and develop the strategies.

7 Analysis In this phase, the instructional challenge is explained.
It is a Process of Learning that has three types WHO, WHAT, HOW. - Who are your audience and their characterizes? - What kind of learning are you teaching? - How do you know about the positive results that you have identified? The result of analysis determines the ability of learners what they are doing after training. People include interviews, observation behaviors, and surveys. Document Recovery include previous experiences of different materials. Literature. For example, academic sources.

8 Design It is a systematic process that establishes the instructional training program. It depends on the information from the previous phase which is analysis Design includes the goals of your guidance , learning about your audience, and assessment instruments and performance.

9 Development It is a systematic process that creates the materials that have planed in design. This phase includes design of storyboards, graphics, activity guides, and the integration of any eLearning technologies. In this phase we can use different tools to create, improve, and assess many materials.

10 Implementation It is the phase that continue to modify the materials that have been tested in the development stage to make the results more effective and positive. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the products, they should test and analyze those product to make the program successful

11 Evaluation It consist of two parts:
Formative evaluation: it occurs at the beginning of the program. Summative evaluation: it occurs at the end of the program. The most important in this phase is to know if all goals has successfully done. Also, if there is any errors that can be avoid in the future to make the program more effective.

12 Why Use Instructional Design
Why Use Instructional Design? * It helps to students and gives them the opportunities to be active when they are learning. * Instructional design gives students and instructors the solutions for the problems that they face in order to improve their skills.
