Input Devices are used for two purposes:
1. Used to enter information or data. 2. Used to give instructions to the computer.
Keyboard Used to enter data into the computer by typing in words or numbers. Used to type in instructions.
Used to select objects on the computer screen.
Mouse Used to select objects on the computer screen. Used to draw pictures.
Used to copy documents and images to the computer.
Scanner Used to copy documents and images to the computer.
Used to record sounds into the computer.
Microphone Used to record sounds into the computer.

Monitor It displays what we type on the screen.
It displays the result from the instructions given.
Printer It helps us to get the hard copy of the output from the monitor screen.
Speaker It allows us to listen to the music and other sounds from the computer.
