4. one45 Newcomers: Welcome to McGill and the wonderful world of one45! McGill residents and attendings are required to approve and submit evaluations via the online evaluation system, MRESone45.

5. one45 Access: https://mymres.mcgill.cahttps://mymres.mcgill.ca Select the McGill Medicine Logo on the left side of the screen and enter your McGill username and password into the McGill login page: Bookmark the one45 home page above in your favorites for easy access as you will need to login frequently!

6. one45 How do I know I have a form or task to complete? When you have an evaluation to complete, a notification will be sent directly to your McGill email address. ** One45 notifications cannot be sent to any other email address. You can also view them in your “To-Dos” once you log on to your account.

7. one45 Your feedback is important! You will be asked to evaluate: –Supervisors –Rotations Always: –Provide useful feedback using constructive comments –Provide details to help the Program & Site Directors improve the site, content or structure of the rotations & program **Don’t provide feedback concerning an attending on the rotation evaluation form.

8. one45 Who has access to my feedback? All evaluations that you fill out are anonymous. –Individual evaluations of staff/faculty you submit via one45 are not visible by the staff themselves, nor by the teaching offices. –Anonymous evaluations on rotation sites you submit are accessible to the teaching offices for rotation improvement and safety.

9. one45 How is my feedback used? Your feedback on staff/faculty is combined with all other resident feedback for the current academic year and will only be released in a summative report the following January, 6 months after the end of the academic year. The faculty evaluation reports are provided to: –McGill Dept. Chair –Residency Program Director

10. one45 Your responsibility Complete and send any forms or logs via your account promptly. If you receive evaluation forms that you are unsure of, please contact your program admin! It is at your Program Director’s discretion to deny conference time or note any inconsistencies with regard to professionalism if your forms are not completed on time, or you have too many outstanding forms.
