2 PE, School Sport and Club Links (PESSCL) All children, whatever their circumstances or abilities, should be able to participate in and enjoy physical education (PE) and sport Minimum of two hours each week on high quality PE and school sport to 75% by 2006 Currently, about a quarter of schools provide this Public Service Agreement

9 Money £686 million to build new facilities. £459 million is being invested over the next three years (to 2005–2006) on PESSCL £10 million in 2002 to improve rundown playgrounds in at least 500 schools
