Inputs include: – Effort, Loyalty, Flexibility, Determination, Enthusiasm, Trust Superiors, Support Colleagues and Personal Sacrifice Outputs include: – Financial Rewards, Recognition, Responsibility and Sense of Achievement How will employees behaviour change if they believe their input is greater than the output?

10 Building Teamwork Create an organizational culture that rewards listening. Train managers and supervisors to listen. Remove barriers to open communication. Actively undertake to facilitate communication.
