12. 12 17-May-15 Events (MV & RS) Events Principal Directors – Meera Venkatesh and Revathi Srinath 1 st Mandayams Event at Camp Buckhorn organized –Planned for over 3 months with the Board –Selected Camp Buckhorn after evaluating 6 other sites in California –Meera and Venkatesh personally made a trip to Camp Buckhorn to initiate arrangements –Revathi has been helping with other activities associated with event Future Events –Committee Volunteers Needed to organize bigger events
