10 We don’t have to start from scratch ! The Village to Village Network ….a clearinghouse peer to peer network that provides access to other villages and has created a tool kit to simplify the “Starting a Village” process.

16 Communications, Marketing and Outreach Questions: What materials and systems will be needed to communicate with potential members, the community at large, and donors about the Village?

17 Resources and Needs Questions: What are the perceived needs of potential members and what gaps are there in services? Identify present services and programs that are available? What should the Village provide for members?
