Provide input to Membership Directory Provide membership forms and payment to the SIP HQ

7 November 2000 ©Max Haroon Slide 7 Event Coordinator Pre-Event tasks Procuring and booking of: speakers, location / venue and catering. Mailing, making flyer for the event and feedback form. Event tasks (on the day of event) Greeting attendees and directing them to registration, registering and collecting event fee, handing out Application form and other handouts, photography, broadcasting the event, looking after refreshments, Emcee, thanks, raffle, distributing and collecting feedback forms.

12 November 2000 ©Max Haroon Slide 12 Chapter Director Get a Corporate member to sponsor the Chapter Select members of the Chapter Committee Conduct monthly committee committee meeting Hold a monthly symposiums for members and non-members Liaise with SIP HQ Remit payments to SIP HQ Establish Objectives and Targets

Can you get your company or some other company to become a corporate member of SIP ? In addition to a Chapter Director we need a Chapter Sponsoring company. There are a lot of marketing opportunities for the company and profile building exposure for a Chapter Director.
