Vision: Defines the desired or intended future state of a specific organization in terms of its fundamental objective and/or strategic direction.

The Center provides assistance to people with disabilities, families, service providers and organizations to promote inclusion in education, health, employment and community settings.

Be positive and inspiring. Do not assume that the system will have the same framework as it does today. Be open to dramatic modifications to current organization, methodology, teaching techniques, facilities, etc.

Under the new leadership of Marc Tasse, this agency went from years of non-growth to one of the top ten leaders in Autism and other developmental disabilities in the nation. Nisonger Center; paving the way for High functioning Autistic individuals to aspire to greatness Nisonger Center Provides Solid Model for Serving People with Developmental Disabilities Nisonger Center Provides Midwest Region with a Model for Evidence Based Interdisciplinary Clinical Training and Research One stop shopping for individuals with DD. A lot done in a small amount of space Nisonger Center receives $30 million donation to improve the Center's mission of education, research and service. Nisonger Center is ranked among top University Centers in Developmental Disabilities. Nisonger Center sets the standard for disciples working with developmentally challenged individuals infancy to seniors. Ohio State University holds "Best Kept Secret" in the Nisonger Center Of Excellence in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Center develops innovative programs to help adolescents and adults with autism self monitor and advocate for themselves.
