10. Accounts Receivable - Money legally owed to the HOA for dues (including accrued interest) that have not been paid by homeowners. At October 31, 2009, total Accounts Receivable was $44,500 - which is approximately 20% of this year's Assessment Revenue through October. By comparison, at this time last year, Accounts Receivable was $19,500, which was approximately 12% of 2008's Assessment Revenue through October.
