What is the rebate offering? –Each license purchased during promotional period qualifies for a $250 mail-in rebate per license, up to 10 licenses per original purchase, per location. Rebate will be paid out in the form of an AMEX gift card.

Your customer makes qualifying purchases from you, the reseller, during the promotional period of 2/1/13 – 3/31/13. Customer visits http://nuancehealthcare.4myrebate.com to claim their rebatehttp://nuancehealthcare.4myrebate.com –Original purchase serial number will be required. This can be found on the white sleeve envelope that the software disc came in. –Customer selects what product was purchased during promotional period. ANY single license or bundled license pack (including that with the PowerMic II, 5- and 10-packs are eligible). –Customer will be provided with a redemption form and instructed to mail in: –Redemption form –Their receipt of purchase of the new product(s) –The UPC/barcode flap from the retail box or non-retail packaging REDEMPTION PROCESS

No one else will see your customer data, including Nuance. You will not be able to use the existing prospect database that is available in Revenew for this promotion. If I advertise this special on my website or via email, will I be violating the Nuance Healthcare MAP Policy? A. Nuance has made a one-time exception for this promotion and will allow it, provided that ONLY the rebate pricing is advertised and ONLY through March 31, 2013. Q. Is the rebate redeemable only for single-license Dragon Medical Practice Edition software? A. No, the rebate is redeemable for any bundle that is purchased that includes a full-boxed product – including those purchased with the PowerMic, with Maintenance, and multi- pack purchases (5 and 10-pack). Q. My customer has been a Dragon Medical Practice Edition user since it launched and just purchased new licenses on 1/31/13. Can they redeem the rebate? A. No. The rebate period is for new purchases made between 2/1/13 and 3/31/13. Q

My customer bought Dragon Medical 10.1 with Maintenance on November 29, 2010, which covers upgrades through November 28, 2011. They received their upgrade to Dragon Medical Practice Edition between 8/17/11 and 1/31/13. Does this customer qualify for the $250 rebate if they buy a new license for their partner in the same practice? A. Yes, upgrades to Dragon Medical Practice Edition are considered a qualifying purchase, and therefore will be eligible when a new purchase is made in the same practice. Q. My customer only wants to upgrade to Dragon Medical Practice Edition from Version 10, can he redeem the rebate? A. No, the rebate is only redeemable for the purchase of a full boxed product, but DOES include those purchase with the PowerMic, with Maintenance, and in multi-packs.

My customer has mailed in his rebate and wants to know when they will be getting paid. Who can tell me? A. Your customer will receive a unique code assigned to their rebate via email that will allow them to log back into the site and research the status of their rebate. They can see if their claim was denied or approved, and if denied, it will show them the reason for denial (and if more information is needed, missing a receipt, UPC bar code, etc.). Please communicate with your customer that neither you, your distributor, or Nuance is handling the logistics of the rebate redemption. Q. How long after the end of the promotional period does the end-user have to send in his redemption form? A. All submissions should be post-marked no later than April 30, 2013. Q. Can I handle redeeming the rebate for my customer? A. No, the rebate is an end-user promotion only and should be handled by the customer to avoid a conflict of interest.

Does Nuance have an eblast that I can send out through my own email marketing program? A. No, however you can use the messaging provided by Nuance to create a similar eblast and send through your own program. Nuance has a pre-approved HTML email available to send through the Revenew portal to your current customer base free of charge. You will upload your list within the portal and you may send the email to up to 1,000 addresses.
