Use pursuant to the terms of your signed agreement or Avaya policy.10 Avaya Investment Saver FAQ  Can a Partner charge whatever retail price they want to the customer? – Yes, however the goal is to have 100% coverage of the base. This promotion should not be viewed as primarily a vehicle for margin improvement program for Partner. Customers are expected to benefit from the no-incremental charge upgrade and communications will be provided to reinforce the message to customers.  Can a Partner use the promotion to focus on other Partners’s customers or on Avaya direct maintenance customers? – No. Partners MUST register the customers for this program in the web registration tool and with partnerss@avaya.com. Eligible customers will be determined by Avaya and partners will be notified prior to partners being able to solicit customers. Customers of other Partners or Avaya direct maintenance customers are off-limits unless specifically authorized in advance by Avaya. Partners found to be targeting unauthorized customers will be terminated from this promotion. partnerss@avaya.com  Can Partner up-sell, their current extended contracts to extend for two more years? – Yes, Partners are encourage to up-sell any existing support contracts.  What if Partner has outstanding AR due to non-payment for services from Avaya? – Avaya reserves the right to limit the promotion to only those Partners who are up to date on their payments for Avaya services including PSS  What if Partner does not want to sell this offer? – Partners will be provided a limited time window to sell this promotion to eligible and approved customers. Avaya reserves the right to directly approach customers or have other partners engage for any customer not covered by a back to back agreement with Avaya.

This will only apply to adjunct applications that are registered at the time of the promotion sale.
