At a high level a document category is the classification or type of document. When you add a new document into the application you will need to determine what category it is in. What is a document category: Navigate to the Document Full Table Select the button “Manage Categories” Name your category and complete its settings. How to create a new document category: Navigate to the bottom of the new category Click the hyperlink for “Users with editor/access rights” Select your users/groups that should be assigned. How to assign users to a document category: In the following video we will cover:
