7 Fifth Amendment Grand Jury indictment Protection from double jeopardy
Right to remain silent Due process of law Property rights (limits on eminent domain)

9 Sixth Amendment protects persons charged in criminal cases
Informed of the exact charges Speedy, public trial by an impartial jury Tried in the state where the crime was committed Right to hear, question and call witnesses A lawyer

11 Eighth Amendment An 8 is a 0 that has been cruelly twisted The 8th Amendment protects us from cruel and unusual punishment
