15 Company Commander/TAC Comments
CO- R Co has improved tremendously from last year. The main area of focus for next year is military bearing and the use of chain of command. Collectively Romeo has set expectations so next year’s leadership can take Romeo to the next level within the SCCC. TAC – R Co made significant progress this year as a result of strong leadership, clear T/C/S within the Co, taking care of each other, and investing in the concept of the Romeo Family. Cadets Lackey and Rhinehart will continue to implement a successful plan and move R Co another step forward.
