3. Educational Master Plan Purpose
The Educational Master Plan (EMP) provides direction for the College regarding the educational services to be provided to District communities and students over the next five years and beyond
The EMP is data-driven; it is developed based on the assessment of current and future needs for higher education to serve the region.
Extensive quantitative and qualitative data is gathered to determine high- priority five-year goals and objectives
