9 ABAQuest Background Contains the Annual, Site Evaluation and Employment Questionnaires. Reporting systems: 509 Standard Report System, Employment Summary Report System, Take Off Reporting System While the website will have scheduled, announced maintenance, the website is accessible 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection

10 ABAQuest Functionality User Ids and Levels of Access
Each school will have an Admin user ID and password Has full read/write access to all portions of the questionnaires Only Admin user ID can create/update user ids Only Admin user ID can submit finalized Annual Questionnaire Create New User IDs Required fields User ID Password Name Address Status indicator Active vs. Inactive

11 ABAQuest Level(s) of Access
Default access is no write/read access to all sections of the Annual and Site Evaluation Questionnaires Write – can edit any data element and can lock/unlock pages Read – can view any page, but cannot edit Levels of access can be mixed and matched If no level is selected, there is NO access to that section

14 AQ - Part I Bar Passage Where a graduate took the bar examination twice in one administration (e.g., twice in February 2015 or twice in July 2015), the graduate shall be reported as having passed the bar if the graduate passed the exam in either or both of the jurisdictions, provided that the school is reporting bar pass results for a jurisdiction in which the graduate passed.  If the graduate failed the bar exam in both jurisdictions, the graduate shall be reported once as not having passed, again provided that the school is reporting bar pass results for a jurisdiction in which the graduate did not pass.  To reiterate, a graduate is counted as one passer even if the graduate passed the exam in both jurisdictions.
