11  Background ◦ Contains the Annual Questionnaire, Site Evaluation Questionnaire, Employment Questionnaire. ◦ Reporting systems: 509 Standard Report System, Employment Summary Report System, Take Odd Reporting System ◦ While the application will have scheduled, announced maintenance, the application will be accessible 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection

12  Functionality ◦ User Ids and Levels of Access  Each school will have an Admin user id and password  Has full read/write access to all portions of the questionnaires  Only Admin user id can create/update user ids  Only Admin user id can submit finalized Annual Questionnaire

14  Level of Access ◦ Write – can edit any data element and can lock/unlock pages ◦ Read – can view any page, but cannot edit ◦ Default access is full write/read access to all sections of the Annual Questionnaire and Site Evaluation Questionnaire ◦ Levels of access can be mixed and matched ◦ If no level is selected, there is NO access to that section

20  Bar Passage Have to enter first-time bar passage data for 2012 Based on Interpretation 301-6

21 Where a graduate took the bar examination twice in one administration (e.g., twice in February 2012 or twice in July 2012), the graduate shall be reported as having passed the bar if the graduate passed the exam in either or both of the jurisdictions, provided that the school is reporting bar pass results for a jurisdiction in which the graduate passed. If the graduate failed the bar exam in both jurisdictions, the graduate shall be reported once as not having passed, again provided that the school is reporting bar pass results for a jurisdiction in which the graduate did not pass. To reiterate, a graduate is counted as one passer even if the graduate passed the exam in both jurisdictions.
