First, use our API Builder at .com to register for a API Link. When registered your API Link is automatically populated within our network and ready for use. Your USER NAME will be issued automatically via upon registration for API Testing.

2 After Registration: Install the All Pro Monitoring App (Tech App)
Download the App (link below) for testing and monitoring. This app is robust and detailed in the original set up but you can do all of it from your phone. First set up your user ID and Password: Next: For this App you will need a photo or image you can upload to the server we suggest an IMOGEE that represents you on the network. You can also upload a copy of your company logo to upload. Two other business documents (License & Insurance Certificate) will be needed to complete the process if you are working as a contractor on the network but for testing you can upload a company logo instead Once these are set up on your phone our tech department will unlock them for use. 3 Step 2: Launching the Tech App
When Launching the Tech App the default screen will show your location as a vehicle on the mobile device screen via Mapping API. The TECH App is also used to GEO locate maintenance personnel and service responders who are registered on the network. Your name and test division AC-Electrical-Plumbing is listed on the screen (lower left), service rating (lower right), off duty mode (upper right) and menu bar (upper left). For Testing Purposes: Launch the Tech App, wait 30 seconds to one minute to verify the Mapping API has located your mobile device and displayed your location on the screen as a vehicle. If your location is correct your app is ready to receive incoming Alarms. If not, reboot the App until the Google Mapping API has picked up your location.

4 Step 3: Sending a Alarm Test Simulation from Desktop

5 Step 4: Receiving a Test Work Order with the Tech App
When a Service Request is placed on the network all “Active” devices within a 30 Mile range of the test location (address) will be notified with a “Work Order Alert” displaying the following: Type of work order “Air Conditioning, Electrical/IT or Plumbing” Address “Service Location” Time and Date of Service Request Test Responders will have 25 seconds to respond to the request by “Accepting” or “Declining” the request before the timer (left hand position) expires. When the timer expires the order continues in the queue. When a “Work Order” is “Accepted” it is assigned to the Test Responder and Order Number is assigned. If “Declined” the work order continues in queue to other service testerss. For Testing Purposes: Users should place a Work Order by sending a Simulated from their Desktop or Mobile Device to launch the work order process. Select “Accept” when received.

6 Step 5: Tech Arrive Notification Tech App
When “Accepting” a Test Alarm the responder will click on the “Tech Arrive” bar (bottom of screen) which will send a SMS (Text) Notification to the Test Responders Cell Phone with a Time Of Arrival and corresponding Order # Top of Screen. For Testing Purposes: Select “Tech Arrive” bar bottom of screen to send SMS Text Notification.

7 Step 6: Verify Tech Arrive Notification
The Tech Arrive Notification automatically notifies the user via SMS text with Date/Time and Order Number. For Testing Purposes: From the tech app (previous screen) select the tech arrive bar to send a tech arrive notification to your phone. Please note if this function is working correctly.

8 Step 7: Start-End Service (Tech App)
From the Tech App Select “Start Service” (this starts time clock) then Select “End Service” this will generate an test invoice.

9 Step 8: Verify Invoice Total & Payment Option
After Selecting End Service on the Tech App test users will get their Service Total. Test User can then select Invoice or Credit Card for Testing the Payment Option. Note: This will not generate a true payment invoice for test users. Selecting Invoice will take users to a invoice total for verification. Select Invoice total and a test invoice will be sent to the user via . Selecting CC will take users to users CC Data. If no Data is Present Users can select “Scan CC” to capture CC data. Note: Do not use CC option for testing. QR Scan (Future Development) QR code scan capability for work order management.
