Example:
In 2014, a poll was conducted on the entire online presence of the European Commission. At that time, NGOs accounted for 11% of workplaces.
Now, looking at the online presence for Funding, Tenders, significantly more NGOs are interested (20%).

32. Top tasks – internal assumptions versus facts
Comparing the assumptions of Commission staff to genuine user needs shows where staff under- or overestimates the importance of particular needs.
The user needs are ranked in descending order, showing the top user tasks at the top of the list.
Although ‘How to apply for funding, grants, subsidies’ is a top task for users, the results show that staff strongly overestimated the importance of the task.
Commission staff strongly underestimated the importance of many tasks (Submit an application, Become an expert for the Commission, day-to-day running of a project, etc).
