6 OneVoice Wave 2 Introduces inbound calling to EY
OneVoice, a key component of the Skype for Business (S4B) strategy, is the new standard for EY office telephony. OneVoice/S4B Wave 2 will introduce an Inbound Calling feature in a rolling deployment, country-by-country. Wave 2 is scheduled to begin deployment in the Q2 of FY 2016 and continue Q2 of FY 2017. These messages will include Daily News Alert articles, s, Yammer posts, posters and other communications, as appropriate. Targeted communications to deployment countries/cities will be aligned to rolling deployment calendar and will include welcome s, and Yammer posts, as well as links to knowledge and training materials. OneVoice/S4B communications will align with other technology initiatives and messaging, where appropriate. With the integration of OneVoice into the Lync project, messaging efforts will be unified.
