After connecting to the domain, select the desired language.

If user do not have a Dealer Code , click the (Request new account) button If user have a Dealer Code , enter the Dealer Code / PW click the (Sign in) button If you want to remember your Dealer Code , check the box.

Enter the Dealer Code , user want to use to check Dealer Codes are available by clicking on the Dealer Code Search button. If the Dealer Code is impossible to join, “This ID already exists" pop-up window will appear. If the Dealer Code can join, "Join a possible ID" pop-up window will appear.

Because all fields are mandatory Enter without exception. Select a continent where user country is belongs. and then select user country. If there is a missing member information at the field when user saved member information, missing confirmation pop-up window will appear. ex) Ship-To-Address Must be required

Screen Explanation The screen that looks after logging in the first screen. After the user has registered claims indicates the progress. If you want to see the details of the claims , click the line for that. When you click on the EXCEL Download button, Download to your claims history viewed in Excel. Select the search condition. Claim search conditions will be reflected in the claims history.
