2 The criteria for becoming an ERC was designed to help job seekers generate successful job searching plans and allow the WBC to track success of certain sectors, workshops, and job search techniques.

A financial savings can be had when posting can be filled before it has to be reposted. A savings of time and effort can be gained when there is a process in place that can be trusted. 25 Job Seekers are assessed in 8 areas and must score 70% or above in all areas:
Attitude Communication Planning & Organization Critical Thinking Interpersonal/Social Skills Teamwork Professionalism Media Rules Training Modules: Applicants can take the modules before the assessments or they will be assigned automatically in areas of weakness. (This can be done at home.)
