All traditions need to be public knowledge Alcohol issues need to be governed more 4th Class System needs to be taken more seriously by upperclass Rather than ROTC specific classes, have general military courses for non contracted cadets Uphold set standards throughout the whole year

Communication Key to Company Success Daily Contact with TAC and Key Company Leaders has help Charlie Achieve its Goals. Accountability (i.e. – Squad Sgt need to drive PR’s within the company) Guard Schedules have gotten better but need to be improved Company Legacy – Academics Focus on PT was 100% attendance
